Consent
Using this website means you accept this policy. If you do not agree, please leave the site and do not send us a quote or contact form.
Information we collect
We ask only for what a form needs, and the form itself says why. A contact or quote message may include your name, company, email, phone number, delivery address, product sizes, artwork, and anything else you choose to attach.
If you create an account, we store the contact details you register and the password you set. We do not ask you to send a password by email.
How we use it
- To run the site and reply to quotes, orders, and support messages.
- To prepare dielines, proofs, and production for packaging you request.
- To send order updates and, where you have asked for them, product news.
- To spot fraud, abuse, and security problems.
- To understand which pages are used, so we can improve the site.
Log files
The host keeps standard server logs: IP address, browser type, date and time, referring page, and pages requested. Those logs are used to keep the site online and to see general traffic. They are not used on their own to identify you in marketing.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to remember preferences and to understand which pages were visited. You can block cookies in your browser. The quote and admin tools may not work correctly if required cookies are blocked.
Advertising and other sites
If a third-party ad or embedded tool appears on a page, that provider can set its own cookie and will have its own privacy policy. We do not control those cookies. Links to other websites are outside this policy. Read their policies before you send them information.
UK data protection rights
If UK data protection law applies to you, you can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to limit how we use it, object to certain uses, and ask for a copy in a portable format where the law gives you that right. We aim to answer within one month. Contact info@customcmykboxes.co.uk. We may need to confirm your identity before we change or release an account.
Children
This site is for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child sent us their details, email info@customcmykboxes.co.uk and we will delete them.
How long we keep information
Quote files, artwork, and order records are kept for as long as we need them to produce the job, handle a reprint question, and meet tax and accounting rules. You can ask us to delete a marketing contact sooner.
